We are very proud that our students were able to access their chosen post-18 pathway. Students have gone on to employment, both locally and in London. Richard Hale students are undertaking gap years, including ski seasons. One student has travelled across southeast Asia and South Africa in order to undertake a conservation project in South Africa, focusing on the rehabilitation of injured or abandoned monkeys. Two students have been successful in securing apprenticeships, one being a very competitive position with MBDA where the former student is studying for her degree at the University of Hertfordshire at the same time as undertaking a management development programme with her employer.
